Reports to: VP of Client Delivery and Strategic Services. As a business analyst you will be charged to lead and facilitate client requirements, business requirements and specs from conception through implementation. Your critical thinking skills and ability to integrate multiple work functions and levels throughout the organization will serve as a key component to your success.

The QA Lead will drive testing and quality assurance efforts while playing a key role as a liaison across business analysis, technical and project management groups. This individual will plan for and execute testing within the project lifecycle and performs ad hoc testing to support internal and external client needs. An ideal candidate would have a solid background in test management and execution, including the usage of test management tools as well as highly proficient level of technical expertise. In addition to performing test execution, the QA lead will also be expected to advise on the evolution of QA strategy within a team.

This position will work closely with the president, office manager, outside accounting firm and internal managers for accurate preparation and analysis of financial data, principles and practices. Recommendation and execution of sound growth strategies and financial/operational improvements will be the forefront of this role. Oversight of all accounting functions and continued development of accounting processes and controls. Recommendations for financial and accounting policies that is necessary for the protection of assets, profit margins, achieving return on investments and cash flow objectives.
